James and Luola Sprunt built the Chapel in 1915 for family services, as travel to distant parishes was difficult. After Luola’s death in 1916, James named the Chapel in her memory, Luola’s Chapel. It seats 120 people and is the perfect setting for large and small weddings. Renting Luola’s Chapel includes access to the gardens. Rental fees are $1,000 Monday through Friday and $1,500 Saturday through Sunday.

Perfect for any social gathering, The Pavilion can comfortably seat 40 people in its picturesque setting for luncheons, receptions, company retreats, family reunions, showers, club meetings, birthday parties, and more. Add a tent in the Courtyard and this venue can hold over 125 people. Renting the Pavilion includes access to the gardens. Rental fees are $900 Monday through Friday and $1,400 Saturday through Sunday.

This scenic venue overlooking the Colonial rice fields and Cape Fear River provides the perfect setting for functions such as wedding receptions, outdoor ceremonies, company retreats, family reunions, and more.  The North Panoramic River Overlook can comfortably accommodate 300 people with a 60x80 tent.  Renting this overlook includes access to the Luola’s Chapel and the gardens.  Rental fees are $2,500 from 9:00am to 6:00pm seven days a week.

This scenic venue overlooking the Colonial rice fields and Cape Fear River provides the perfect setting for functions such as wedding receptions, outdoor ceremonies, company retreats, annual galas, family reunions, trade shows, and more.  With a separate private entrance, this secluded venue allows for night time events and multiple tent layout options that can accommodate up to 750 people.  Renting this overlook does not include access to Luola’s Chapel and the gardens.  Rental fees are $2,500 from 9:00am to 6:00pm or $3,000 from 9:00am to 11:00pm seven days a week.
